I’m Mathew Langley, a mural artist and signwriter based in Boorloo (Perth), Western Australia.
Creativity has always been at the core of who I am. My journey started long before I picked up a brush professionally, from sketching and experimenting with design to working as a commercial painter, where I honed the technical skills and respect for materials that still guide my work today.
In 2018, I founded Phont Design, Murals and Signs as a way to merge my love for craft and design. What began with hand-painted signs and murals has since grown into a diverse creative practice. From logo design to handmade sculptures for an album cover, I thrive on exploring new mediums and turning ideas into something tangible and lasting.
Every piece I create is driven by a deep passion for paint, design, storytelling, with a focus on longevity and classic craftsmanship. I believe good design should not just look beautiful but also stand the test of time.
